EngageCX’s CCM is the only MHC platform with access to AI Assist currently. The platform enables users to manage the end-to-end process of CCM without having to rely on IT.

In addition to an enterprise document generator, the AI Assist also refines content, provides writing assistance as well as provides translation tools, making it suitable for organisations internationally.

Why Use AI Assist?

This latest introduction to AI capabilities in an intelligent workflow solution could maximise efficiency in document production, enhance brand consistency and minimise IT dependency.

Owing to AI Assist “delivering clear, compliant communications across all channels,” it could aid organisations with quicker and more efficient communications ultimately accelerating scaling and aligning with brand values.

In fact, Accenture reported that organisations executing AI for document generation and communication tasks reported an average ROI increase of 34% due to efficiency and cost-saving benefits.

IDC too noted that organisations leveraging AI for document solutions were able to scale their document generation capabilities by 10 times while maintaining consistency and compliance.

According to Deloitte production time reduced significantly by 50% to 70% when AI was adopted for document drafting and communications. KPMG seems to also have reduced processing time by 80% when AI was optimised for drafting financial or compliance-related documents.

AI Assist Key Features

1. Document and Content Creation

AI Assit’s spotlighted capability is to help organisational users generate documents automatically to boost efficiency. Enterprise users can easily and quickly generate documents, emails as well as content fragments using natural language. Users just need to convey the AI Assist chatbot with intuitive and user-friendly prompts.

The new AI tool equips users with authoring capabilities to devise templates for any scenario, complete with embedded data fields. They can now generate context-specific documents along with reusable content fragments for versatile and efficient communications.

2. Interactive Web Form Generation

AI Assist has the capability to help enterprise users devise forms to extract vital information. Within its chatbot, the MHC AI Assist offers document category options to users who can choose between Document Template, Websform, Email Template, and Fragment Template.

In this case, users can select Webforms and provide a user-friendly prompt to the AI assistant by describing the subject and the aim of the form.

3. Communication Optimisation

AI Assist can refine their generation as prompted by users. For instance, enterprise users can select sentiments such as making the form ‘negative,’ ‘neutral’ or ‘positive.’ They can also select the tone and length of the form to keep it ‘professional,’ ‘casual,’ or informational’ and ‘short,’ ‘medium,’ or ‘long’ respectively.

This helps to ensure every message and document is precisely tailored for maximum impact.

4. Translation

AI Assist provides EnagageCX users with translation tools to efficiently manage multilingual communications. The assistant chatbot aims to provide “accurate,” “one-click” translations for content that is used in documents and customer communications.

This helps enterprise users reduce the time and cost that are typically associated with manual translation efforts.

For instance, an organisation issued a document with the subject – Financial Planning Workshop for those employees who signed up for it. The document confirmed their spot for the workshop – Financial Planning: From Zero to Hero. The employees can translate the document text into different languages by selecting a particular part of the document and changing the language properties.

The selected participants can confirm their spot by leveraging the writing strengths of AI Assist and prompting it to generate a response. The users can guide the AI by selecting the sentiment, tone, and length of their message.
