I am honoured to be co-presenting with Michelle Gervais, Global Head of Data Policy and Governance at Visa. We will be exploring how consumer empowerment is a critical driver of trust. Key areas of the talk spotlight the importance of managing customer trust, the role of data management in fostering trust, and how transparency and control over personal data are essential for building stronger consumer relationships.
We will also address the evolving landscape of AI and data use, emphasizing the importance of responsible practices that empower consumers and enhance trust without compromising privacy or security.
Shubhangi: What is the importance of data events for the data community?
