Unstructured data management leader Datadobi has announced that it will upgrade training for its StorageMAP platform after the program reaches the landmark milestone of 1,000 certifications.
Demand for StorageMAP – the first and only end-to-end platform engineered to act on unstructured data onsite, remotely or in the cloud – has surged since its launch in April last year, demonstrated by Datadobi’s 36% growth rate in channel partner revenue in 2023.
As demand for the platform spikes, so is the industry's desire to strengthen its StorageMAP expertise. This led Datadobi to today unveil several upgrades to its DatadobiDriven Training Program to allow its partners to get to grips with this powerful and intuitive platform.
Among the features included in the update was the option to add an updated course for sales teams and sales engineers to quickly and easily equip themselves to drive revenue by clearly articulating the value of StorageMAP to their customers.

The DatadobiDriven training course takes sales professionals through four modules:
- Act 1. - Quick Selling Guide Module, to help participants better understand StorageMAP, its use cases and benefits, what customer pain StorageMAP solves, and how to position it in sales opportunities;
- Act 2. -Concepts and Workflow Module, which covers the three cornerstones of unstructured data management: Assess, Organize, and
- Act 3. - Hands-on Module, highlighting a simplified workflow in the software; and
- Act 4. - Transacting Module, covering deal registration, the licensing model, pricing, and the steps to take once partners are ready to transact.
Ron Wagner joins the Team
As well as announcing updates to its DatadobiDriven training course, Datadobi also revealed today that it has appointed Ron Wagner to its management team in the newly created position of Director of Global Channel Strategy and Partner Business Development.
Ron will help the market leader in unstructured data management navigate this burgeoning year-over-year channel growth and further fortify its channel-oriented roadmap,
